I revisited the Metro ServiceFactory after John Whish's recent question about how Metro instantiates concrete classes. Can a PDF Portfolio have bookmarks?

People just love bookmarks, the TOC-like panel that let you jump from page to page in a PDF: People like Bookmarks so much, they wish they could have the same organization tool for a PDF Portfolio, which is a collection of individual documents in a PDF container. I have several other articles you can read on Portfolios in my Portfolio Category. While PDF Portfolios don't have bookmarks per se, I do have a workaround that might make many of you happy. LCDS - eking out the last bit of performance - socket-tcp-no-delay-enabled

I had an opportunity too look into eking out every last bit of performance on an LCDS RTMP channel and came across this property: socket-tcp-no-delay-enabled The docs that describe this stuff is here: http://livedocs.adobe.com/livecycle/8.2/programLC/programmer/lcds/lcconfig_4.html The docs seem to say that the “socket-tcp-no-delay-enabled” setting is a property of an NIO socket server. The section that describes configuring NIO RTMP seemed wrong to me or at least has me confused. in the LCDS install dir: resources\config\services-config.xml (this is a good additional resource for configuration parameters) this comments say: <!– Optional. Enables/disables TCP_NODELAY (the Nagle algorithm) for socket connections to the server.   (translate)
